We are seeking a junior software engineer with an interest in DevOps to create and manage a CI/CD stack capable of configuring, adjusting, deploying, and rolling back deployments smoothly and without repetitive manual tasks. In our day-to-day operations, we are using technologies like Javascript/TypeScript, Go, AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD to build a reliable and easy-to-use CI/CD stack.

Your new adventure:
- Dive into Pipedrive's tech stack, tooling and infrastructure
- Perform coding, testing and maintenance on existing deployment tooling
- Deploy, troubleshoot and sustain applications in a distributed environment
- Adjust existing tools and services to make engineering productivity better
Does this sound like you?
- Experience with Node.js, Go, or similar
- An understanding of infrastructure automation, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) architecture
- An understanding of the basics of Linux server administration
- Technical curiosity and a team-oriented attitude
- A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
- Fluency in English
Preferred skills and experience:
- An understanding of developing and working with microservices
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or equivalents
- Familiarity with test automation fundamentals and developing automation test suites.
- Some experience with container-based architecture and deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and analysis tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms
