We are looking for Junior Software Engineer to join PowerCurve Collections Software Engineering Group. PowerCurve® Collections is our debt management system that enables our clients to maximize collections efforts and make more profitable decisions. Our development teams are focused on developing, customizable and user-friendly capabilities which further strengthen the market leading position of our proposition. As part of the team, you will report to Software Team Manager.
What you will do:
- Research and Develop high-quality software for the SaaS and on-premise worlds
- Produce high quality clean, testable and efficient code
- Always self-improving technical skills
- Perform code reviews and ensure new code is following established coding practices
- Write automation tests as part of development process
- Involvement and participation in the SCRUM process
What you are expected to bring:
- 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Knowledge of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms & design patterns
- Advanced level of Java 11+
- Experience with JavaScript and other fundamental front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, AJAX)
- Experience writing clean, organized code, passionate and curious
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge
Advantages:
- Experience with any of Rest API, Spring Framework, Spring-MVC, Spring-Security
- Experience with any of Angular 13+, React, Vue.JS and TypeScript
- Experience with automation frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber)
