Position: Sales Development Representative
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Head of Sales APAC
About the Position
D-EDGE is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our commercial team as a Sales Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to hotels that align with D-EDGE’s ideal client profile, offering a range of technological and marketing solutions to drive their revenue and productivity.
In this role, you will be expected to make cold calls to generate leads for our sales managers. This position requires a high level of collaboration and excellent communication skills. You must be capable of working independently and managing a high volume of outbound calls. A strong background in Inside Sales or Telesales is essential. This role also offers growth opportunities, including collaboration with sales managers on presentations, sales calls, and deal follow-ups, preparing you for potential future sales management roles.
Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize target hotels.
Generate leads for the sales team through cold-calling hotels in markets such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, and Malaysia.
Qualify decision-makers and perform needs discovery.
Schedule initial meetings with prospects.
Support the sales team with deal follow-ups and presentations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume prospecting calls within an inside sales environment.
Fresh local graduates (minimum diploma) who are energetic, quick learners, and have a natural flair for sales are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in at least one of the following sales methodologies: SPIN, N.E.A.T., Conceptual, SNAP, Challenger, Sandler, GAP, or MEDDIC.
Technological experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or the hotel industry is advantageous.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Languages
Fluent in English.
A strong command of Mandarin is a plus.
