Junior Revenue Operations Manager

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Our B2B Revenue Operations team optimises processes, leverages data, and implements tools to enhance team performance and customer experience. Supporting Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, we drive efficiency and align with business goals to fuel FREENOW’s growth.

As a Junior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll analyse revenue trends, support strategic decisions, optimise workflows & reporting, contribute to product ideation, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product & leadership teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and optimisation of sales and revenue operations processes
  • Analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline data, and revenue trends to provide actionable insights
  • Manage and improve CRM systems and sales tools to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
  • Assist in forecasting, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy for decision-making
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation solutions
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at revenue growth and operational excellence

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Business analytics, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with relevant internships will also be considered)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) &/or SQL is a plus
  • A data-driven mindset with an ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
