Playing a critical role in Talent Acquisition team, with strong links to the Business Development team, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks:
- Partnering with the HR & Recruitment Manager, Engineering Hiring Managers, and our Key Clients to understand current and future personnel needs.
- Creating informative, engaging, and inspiring social media content to increase our brand visibility.
- Creating and reviewing job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language.
- Supporting international projects with colleagues from SEGULA offices in other counties.
- Leading on own UK projects to improve our recruitment processes.
- Hosting and participating in recruitment events and supporting our diversity initiatives.
- Screening applications against assigned projects
- Conducting interviews with selected candidates.
- Updating the ATS in real time.
- Headhunting if required.
- Producing various reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
- 2 years of experience in a recruitment/sourcing role.
- Understanding of engineering recruitment requirements.
- Displaying strong competencies in the field of customer orientation, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation.
- Desire to review, improve, create and follow processes.
- Drive to continuously improve and challenge own thinking.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience and interest in leading on Diversity initiatives.
- Interest in creating engaging content for social media.
- Attention to detail.
- Great listening skills.
