The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for assisting the Associate Care manager with sourcing, screening, and hiring for the organization. They will work closely with the hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting job on Smart Recruiters (ATS Tool)
- Screening resumes (qualifications and experience) and rating candidates
- Collecting primary information of screened candidates.
- Assisting Associate Care Manager with prescreening and scheduling interviews.
- Following up with candidates (i.e., acceptance or rejection emails)
- Track key recruitment metrics and prepare recruitment dashboard & reports
- Assist in background screens, reference checks, and new hire onboarding.
- Manage applicant tracking systems within SmartRecruiters to track hiring status and employee turnover and submit weekly reports to Associate Care Manager.
- Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ATS tools such as Smart Recruiters, Taleo, and Workday, etc
