- 1-3 years of experience in QMS implementation and exposure to automobile manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of how to conduct Conformity of Production (COP) audit for client.
- Maintenance of Quality Management System (update procedures and internal processes of BU).
- Collaboration with the departments of BU to achieve quality requirements defined by the QMS and client.
- Perform internal audits and prepare external audits (ISO9001 & ISO27001).
- To support the process owners audited to establish the necessary actions to solve the nonconformities detected and to follow up the actions defined until verification of effectiveness.
- Implementation of 5S and Kaizen activities. Support technical team in implementation of Improvement opportunities and Lean project activities.
- Support testing team to ensure calibration procedures are adhered to for testing.
- Ready to travel PAN India and abroad travel to conduct COP audit.
