Junior QA Engineer

Your mission: 
As a Junior QA Engineer you’ll be working for one the dynamic business’s within Nuvei that provides B2C capabilities to buy & sell crypto, empowering customers to swiftly purchase crypto using banking cards and receive their assets within minutes.
You will be responsible for the quality of our products / solutions. You will closely collaborate with Developers, Product Managers and other Testers to thoroughly understand the product & identify the areas that need attention to quality.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design & execute test plans for feature requirements;
• Work closely with Product, R&D and other Testers through entire Product Development Lifecycle;
• Help to improve the quality of our global FinTech solution with a shift left mindset;
• Hunt for bugs in the system & verify their fixes;
• Have mentorship and guidance to develop your career in a way that is fitting and motivating for you;
• Work with a cloud-based microservices architecture.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:  

• 1+ years of experience as a manual QA Engineer;
• Experience in Backend testing with tools like Postman;
• Motivation for all things Quality;
• Attention to detail & ability to not just spot problems, but investigate them;
• Driven desire to learn, ask questions & seek answers;
• A Team player with good communication skills;
• Background in IT or having finished QA learning courses;
• Written and spoken fluency in English.

Advantageous:

• Experience with issue-tracking software and test management systems;
• Experience and desire to test Backend logic;
• Experience with financial technologies;
• Having worked in an Agile environment;
• Interest in Crypto.

Monthly salary from 2500 EUR (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.
