What does this role involve?
- You will join the team responsible for the development of the Allegro Product Catalog
- You will support the team in daily operational work and conceptual and strategy planning within your project
- You will be responsible for active development of the project in which you will be involved, to ensure best possible efficiency and to minimize the arising risks
- You will collaborate with technical teams, data analysts, business area teams and external parties
- You will be involved in project from other areas, giving you the possibility to understand how the Allegro platform works
This is the right job for you, if:
- You have experience working with large data sets (product databases preferred)
- You are familiar with the specifics of the eCommerce industry
- You have the ability to pay attention to detail
- You are open-minded, not thinking in a rigid way, looking for new solutions
- You are not afraid to experiment and base decisions on verified data (finding and analyzing different possible scenarios for solving the problem, proposing the best solution with optimal expected result)
- You understand the opportunities behind machine learning techniques and the potential of algorithms to work on functionalities
- You effectively collaborate with other team members
- You have a developed sense of responsibility for the assigned tasks
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English (at least B2 level)
The following are also a plus:
- Knowledge of the functionalities available on Allegro is welcome
- Working at a startup or tech company will be an added advantage
- Analytical skills including knowledge of SQL, Python etc.
