The Junior Project Manager will lead a range of programmes and initiatives to standardise the use of consumables, glassware, plastic ware and reagents in Eurofins' laboratories in close collaboration with Eurofins' Operational Excellence team.
More specifically, the scope will cover:
Education: Engineering, Science or Business degree from a top university.
Languages: Excellent oral and written English is a must. Other languages are highly appreciated.
Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products, Access DB a plus.
Personal skills:
Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication, presentation skills), as this role will often interface with local resources and experts to understand and document processes. Ability to define concepts, align them with key stakeholders in different countries, and describe them clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solver with "can-do" mentality. Proven ability to independently set up, manage and drive a clearly defined project.
