To bring our vision to life, Edelman is currently seeking a (Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team, preferably at one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Munich, or Frankfurt am Main.

Key responsibilities:

  • You are a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for process and structure, ready to provide critical project support functions at local and international levels within our global network.
  • You’re comfortable operating and managing projects with the oversight of the Project Director, while engaging in a community of local and international project managers.[JN1] [ML2] 
  • You demonstrate an ability to drive both growth and efficiency, coordinating with client management.
  • You are proficient with modern project management software and are fluent in the agency briefing process.
  • You’re comfortable developing estimates collaboratively with our senior PM staff, specialty leads and finance partners and secure approvals from relevant stakeholders.
  • You’re able to support budget development, coordinate forecast inputs and actively oversee key project controlling steps, as well as provide critical support around resource planning, project reporting and quality management.
  • You foster a culture of collaboration through your thoughtful planning and coordination efforts, keeping our team of international contributors on task.

Essential requirements:

  • A University degree or comparable training.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in project management in a classic and/or digital agency environment.
  • Experience with networked firms is a clear plus.
  • An understanding of business management, financial oversight and project planning.
  • Healthcare experience is a clear plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, including a very good knowledge of English and German.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
