Founded in 2018, CyberSmart is a VC-backed cyber security scale-up experiencing rapid growth and international expansion. Our mission? To make every small and medium enterprise and the businesses who serve them, cyber smart.
Based in our beautiful Shoreditch office in London, although the majority of the team is working remotely, we are passionate about making cyber security accessible to all organisations, regardless of budget or expertise.
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Junior Project Manager to join our team. This person will play a crucial role in supporting our go-to-market teams to deliver key projects that will directly impact our ambitious goals in the coming months and beyond.

You are an ambitious and motivated individual in the early stages of your project management career, looking to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive & Organised: Your organisational skills are top-notch, allowing you to keep multiple projects and tasks on track simultaneously. During meetings you ensure appropriate notes are kept and that all key points, decisions, and action items are agreed and captured accurately. You follow up diligently with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met. Your proactive approach means you’re always looking for ways to streamline processes, reduce risks, and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
- Effective Communicator: You excel at clear and concise communication. You have a knack for synthesising complex information into clear, actionable insights, helping teams stay aligned and focused on their objectives. You can simply convey complex ideas and are comfortable engaging and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable in an environment that is constantly evolving and are able to pivot quickly when priorities shift. You embrace change and see it as an opportunity for growth.
- Curious & Willing to Learn: You have a growth mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge. You are open to feedback and don't shy away from a challenge, especially if it means you can learn something new.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Project Management Basics: You have 1-2 years of experience in Agile project management, with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Facilitation Skills: You have experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, workshops and meetings, ensuring that discussions are productive and that all action items are clearly documented and followed up on.
- Data Literacy & Tooling: You have a strong ability and/or interest in working with data, using it to inform decisions and drive project outcomes. You can interpret data from various sources, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate those insights into actionable steps. You are comfortable using data analysis tools and dashboards, and you understand how to leverage data to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Remote Work Proficiency: You are experienced in working remotely and asynchronously and have the discipline to manage your time and tasks effectively without the need for constant supervision.
- Tool Proficiency: While not mandatory, familiarity with project management tools like Confluence and Jira is a plus. If you don’t have this experience, you are keen to learn and adapt quickly.
