(Junior) Product Manager - Greenfield Project (m/f/x) onsite or remote in Germany

This role is situated in a cross-functional team within a new product tribe. All teams in this tribe together are building a new greenfield technology platform, laying the foundation for an exciting set of future products and services. It’s a crucial element in Scalable’s long-term strategy.
As a Product Manager of this team you will work alongside your engineering colleagues and contribute to this exciting new project. Additionally, you’ll frequently collaborate with other expert stakeholders inside and outside of Scalable Capital.
Within the team you are responsible for product strategy and product roadmap and also drive the implementation of the best solutions to challenging problems
You own the product development process end-to-end and coordinate all relevant stakeholders
You lead the integrations with other Scalable Capital services as well as the connections to the complex and regulated capital markets infrastructure outside our perimeter
You coordinate resources, create timelines and manage dependencies across teams to ensure best delivery
You work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry
Passion for technology, finance and digital products
Experience in agile product development, ideally in the capital markets or, banking domains
Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloud-native, microservice-based technology platforms
Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executive
A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
Hands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story, you can handle it
Experience with common agile working tools like Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma and similar applications
Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
