Responsibilities
• Evaluate client requirements against project scope and manage project plan and schedule.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
• Manage client expectations.
• Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously being exposed to the C-level clients
Skills required
• Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a public environment.
• Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Bring your troubleshooting skills; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact the budge or business operations
• 2+ years related experience and/or training
• Excellent English is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and Visio)
• Being comfortable working with MS-SQL is a big plus
