Junior Partner Sales Manager-Ankara

We are looking for a "Junior Partner Sales Manager" to join our team in Ankara. The successful candidate will be responsible for gaining market insights into the distribution business, achieving sales targets, and developing strong relationships with distribution business partners. You will also support distribution partners in building their network of lower-level installer partners and assist them in organizing marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field,
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain partner relationships,
  • Clear thinking, good communication, and coordination skills,
  • Proactive attitude with a strong focus on partner visits and business development,
  • Ability to accept frequent business trips and manage travel requirements efficiently,
  • Working experience is not a must, but good background of education is necessary
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a high ability to persuade,
  • Team player with a customer-oriented work ethic,
  • Interested in technological innovations and open to continuous learning,
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara,
  • Highly organized and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Good written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus,

Requirements

  • Be responsible for the market insight of the distribution business, undertake sales targets, develop distribution business partners, support distribution partners in developing lower-level installer partners, and support partners in holding marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.
  • Actively support partners by providing insights, product training, and market knowledge.
  • Conduct regular market research and track industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales and performance reports to management.
  • Support partners in their marketing strategies and help them execute marketing events and campaigns.
