Reception and first point of contact for employees and service providers, including greeting and assisting guests and internal and external partners
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and distributing mail to the respective teams
Support with all orders for the office (e.g. office supplies, beverages, etc.)
Supporting the HR team with onboarding to give our new joiners a good start at Scalable
Planning, organization and implementation of internal and external events as well as coordination of appointments and support in various organizational matters
You have preferably gained initial experience in the reception area or in office management, event/travel management or the hotel industry
You are characterized by strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, enjoy dealing with people and are confident even in stressful situations
You have a positive charisma and a confident, open and friendly demeanor
You have a high degree of reliability and service orientation
You have good knowledge of MS-Office/G-Suite
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
