You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s corporate governance framework. The role involves preparing and organizing meeting materials, ensuring accurate minutes of board and committee meetings, maintaining records, and managing various administrative and technical functions.
What will you do:
- Assist in the preparation of board and committee meeting minutes across the group
- Handle board and committee meeting documentation
- Manage the calendar and ensure timely coordination of meetings
- Keep corporate governance and meeting records organized and up to date
- Provide administrative and technical support for governance-related functions.
What we expect:
- Familiarity with corporate governance principles (extensive experience is not required)
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain control over important records and schedules.
Would be a plus:
- Legal background
- Previous experience in a similar role (minute taker/board secretary).
