We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Marketing Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data enrichment, data health and list strategy for marketing initiatives.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Be responsible for list building, list enrichments, list cleanup, etc. by using various sources, including digital analytics platforms, Salesforce, Clay, Seamless, Hubspot, and other data repositories
- Become an expert in data source accuracy and data enrichment best practices to build systems for prospect and customer list building speed and accuracy
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as list health, data health, database growth, key role coverage
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key marketing metrics, including website traffic, email performance, social media engagement, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid ads).
- Assist in segmenting audiences and creating targeted marketing strategies.
- Generate insights from surveys, feedback, and data analytics tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.
Required Education/Experience:
- BCA, B. Tech or equivalent
- Up to two (2) year of experience in SaaS reporting and data management
- Advance Excel with RDBMS concepts.
- Experience with CRMS
- Basic understanding of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Seamless, Clay, LinkedIn navigator, etc.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across time zones and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data communication skills including ability to design and build provide roadmaps, status updates
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis.
- Ability to communicate findings to a non-technical audience
Preferred Experience:
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess them against goals.
- Conduct market research to identify the demands of the target audience and research competitors' products.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media)
- Experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation
Physical Requirements:
- Travel three (3) or more days a week to the Noida office location
- Prolonged periods of work at a desk on a computer
