Junior Learning Specialist - GTM Enablement (Finland)

As a Learning Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Global Enablement team, dedicated to creating high-value learning experiences for our target audiences. Your primary focus will be on managing our Learning Management System (M-Files Academy) and enabling our target audiences for example with digital learning content. This includes, for example, executing needed management tasks in co-operation with Academy owner, participating in the production of digital Onboarding programs in M-Files Academy, and producing easily adoptable short videos to M-Files Help Center. Core responsibilities and day-to-day activities

  • TalentLMS (M-Files Academy) management
  • Management tasks in co-operation with Academy Owner that vary from user management to content and system management.
  • Processing tickets related to M-Files Academy customer service.
  • Developing the processes in co-operation with Academy owner to support company-wide effective use of the system.
  • Maintaining the content.
  • Content maintenance: Updating relevant learning content as the M-Files product evolves.
  • Content creation: Creating digital learning content which includes scripting, creating and editing video or eLearning content and audiovisual assets.
  • Way of working: Working closely with other specialists and managers in the team throughout the different phases of the content creation process while self-managing your own responsibilities personally and with high quality

o   LMS management skills

  • Basic understanding of IT systems and system architecture
  • Developmental approach and ability to plan and maintain LMS related processes, such as content maintenance cycles.
  • Project Management capabilities


o   Content creation skills

  • Fluency in English to write and narrate effective instructional content, audio scripts and video scripts, and to collaborate with your colleagues
  • Technical and educational understanding
  • Audiovisual creation and editing
  • Additional skills such as graphic design, animation, illustration, voiceover recording, or other audiovisual skills

Tools

o   Working knowledge of Windows-based environments and Microsoft Office applications

o   Adobe Creative Cloud to some extend

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Animate

o   Adobe Captivate or other eLearning authoring tools

o   Knowledge of LMS platforms, HTML and WordPress are considered an asset

o   Video editing skills to some extend using relevant tools (for instance, Camtasia)


Education requirements

o   A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification

Work experience

o   This is a junior role, so we are looking for candidates who are at the beginning of their careers.

  • Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of previous work experience in a related field. However, if you don't have this experience, we encourage you to showcase your skills and abilities through other means, such as internships, volunteer work, or personal projects.
