Role background
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform, although more recently we’ve expanded into other sectors like retail as well.
We launched in Greece in 2019, and from our humble beginnings in Athens we now operate in 6 additional cities, bringing our customers what they need, when they need it! As a result of such rapid expansion - and the plans we have for 2022 - we need a new Junior KYC Associate to work on a fixed 3-months KYC/KYB project to assist our sales team and ensure they are working as efficiently as possible.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor the end-to-end process of customer onboarding
- Investigate and solve merchant’s requests
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authorities
- Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information
- Minimum qualification as Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent - this is an entry level position
- Experience or strong interest in analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience within account management, customer support or administration
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented
- Being multitasking and critical thinking with an ability to prioritize and handle both incoming and outgoing contacts
- Self-starter and a passion for food
- Fluent in Greek & English
- You are highly motivated and super enthusiastic!
- In possession of a valid driving licence
