Join SOPHiA GENETICS  as our new Junior Knowledge Management Specialist on a temporary basis, with the possibility of evolving into a full-time role within our Talent Management team.

Your Mission

Reporting to the VP Talent Management, the Junior Knowledge Management Specialist will contribute to develop and contribute to develop, implement and execute our new knowledge sharing strategy, which is crucial for ensuring compliance and enabling effective knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

Reporting to the VP Talent Management, the Junior Knowledge Management Specialist will contribute to develop and contribute to develop, implement and execute our new knowledge sharing strategy, which is crucial for ensuring compliance and enabling effective knowledge sharing across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to identifying and developing novel ways to improve knowledge sharing within the company
  • Identify and document best practices, lessons learned, and key insights to improve knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Implement and execute  the new knowledge sharing strategy, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and optimize knowledge workflows in the company
  • Help create e-learnings, based on provided content and communicated audience
  • Curate and manage 3rd party content and content vendors as needed
  • Monitor and report on the progress of knowledge sharing initiatives, providing regular updates
  • Organize and participate to workshops, training sessions, and other activities aimed at fostering a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization
  • Grow your organizational knowledge to create proactive solutions

 

Requirements

We understand that backgrounds can vary, but to succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A business or scientific master’s degree
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment involving people with very different backgrounds
  • A passion for knowledge sharing
  • A keen proactive problem-solving attitude with a hunger for finding innovative solutions
  • A strong interest in biology, software, healthcare, or platform business models
  • Analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management concepts, tools, and strategies is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work under supervision while demonstrating initiative and independence.
