We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist!


We are seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to onsite and remote employees, as well as third-party vendors. You will also assist with onboarding new employees and third parties, perform hardware installations and maintenance, manage IT purchasing, and provide support for 3D/video -related inquiries whenever possible.


You will be joining our small but highly proficient IT team, working with our IT manager in The Netherlands and our IT Manager in Romania.

What will you be doing?

  • IT support for onsite and remote employees and third parties
  • Support with onboarding new onsite and remote employees and third parties
  • Support with Laptop/Workstation/Server installation and maintenance
  • Support with IT purchasing
  • Support with 3d/video/audio media related inquiries where possible
