As a Junior IT Services Analyst, you will be part of the Global IT Service Desk, providing support to our team. Although this position is locally based, we support users worldwide and collaborate with our colleagues to deliver a consistent and valuable service. You will support our global business through direct support at the desk, via phone (Webex/Microsoft Teams) and through our ITSM tool (ServiceNow).
The Global IT Service Desk is a busy and energetic team working from multiple countries around the world. The Service Desk acts as a central point of contact for the business, providing high-quality support to enable Kinly to deliver the best possible service to its customers. Furthermore, we provide our employees with effective tools, sound advice and first-class IT support services. We work hard to ensure customer satisfaction, and support our employees in their work so that they can be productive and feel valued after contacting us.
Areas of responsibility
Compliance with Kinly's IT processes and policies, including handling support requests
Contribute to the maintenance of IT Asset Management records in ServiceNow, including management of new, moved, and retired laptops and other hardware
Support onboarding and offboarding of Kinly employees
Triage, processing and resolution of IT service requests
Support and maintain Kinly's user environments (Windows 10, 11/O365, Azure, Active Directory)
Provide support to local departments in Norway
Escalate inquiries and tasks to IT Services Intermediary, Senior Analysts or IT Services Manager as needed
