At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. Our team is growing so we want to onboard a Junior IT Recruiter @ our Unique HR Team in Greece.

As a Junior IT Recruiter you will support all recruitment activities and processes. Your focus will be on IT roles, responsible for sourcing and assessing great IT talents for our organization.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

  • Full recruitment cycle, from creating job posts, screening online applications, interviewing and onboarding our future talents
  • Sourcing qualified IT Professionals, locally and abroad using different sourcing methods and strategies (e.g. Boolean-search, passive candidate sourcing, agencies, liaising with Universities, social media, networking etc etc.)
  • Maintaining and increasing the pool of candidates in our applicant tracking system
  • Searching for high potential candidates on a proactive and on demand basis in order to build a pipeline of skilled candidates for future needs
  • Matching applicants’ qualifications to job requirements and assessing suitability by conducting interviews
  • Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships and counsel placed candidates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction
  • Participating and representing the company in Career Events and other relevant International Job Fairs in order to build a strong Employer Brand
  • Assisting in several HR projects (from Employer Branding, Talent Management, Onboarding etc.)

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • University/College degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline.
  • Master Degree on HR or Business Administration will be considered as asset
  • Strong interest or limited work experience in IT recruitment ideally in a technology driven business
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal). Knowledge of any another European language would be considered as asset
  • Familiarity in using alternative methods of sourcing/recruitment (e.g. headhunting, social media, Boolean search technique) will be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills
  • Tech savvy personality
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to set and meet strict deadlines
  • Good time management and attention to detail skills
