As the first line of defence during disruptions, your quick thinking and problem-solving abilities will be essential. You will learn how to diagnose the root causes of IT incidents and implement prompt, effective solutions to restore systems with minimal downtime. Each incident you address will be carefully documented, and you will maintain detailed records of recovery procedures and configurations, ensuring our processes remain transparent and repeatable.

Ideally, you’ll need a good grasp of IT systems, both hardware and software, along with a genuine love for technology and a real eagerness to learn. You should enjoy solving problems, taking on the challenge of diagnosing issues, and quickly finding solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
Your attention to detail will be spot-on, ensuring that records are kept up to date and recovery procedures are carried out without a hitch. You’re adaptable, keen to take on new challenges, and always looking for ways to improve.
