Junior IT Business Analyst

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with senior team members who provide mentorship and guidance,  and IT professionals to ensure smooth system operations. Additionally, you will engage with the Salesforce team to align on system configurations, data management, and support initiatives. This role also involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams, offering valuable exposure to various business processes

What You’ll Do

• Handle system administrative tasks for platforms like SFDC, CPQ, NetSuite, or HubSpot.
• Assist in configuring business rules and maintaining system data integrity.
• Participate in meetings and discussions to understand system functionalities and requirements.
• Collaborate with senior team members for learning and guidance on the job.
• Continuously develop functional skills to independently handle tasks.
• Support in building logical models and defining business logic for system configurations.
• Perform data reconciliation and analysis using tools like Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Strong Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze and model data logically.
• Excel Proficiency: Familiarity with functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data manipulation techniques.
• Basic System Administration: Willingness to learn and manage platforms like Impartner, SFDC, CPQ, NetSuite, or HubSpot.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with teams, ask for guidance when needed, and communicate findings clearly.

• MBA/PGD in Operations Management
• MBA/PGD in Business analytics
• MBA/PGD in Finance
• MBA/PGD in Information technology
• MBA/PGD in Supply chain management
• MBA/PGD in Customer Relationship Management

Internship/Project Experience
Any exposure to CRM, CPQ, PRM, or ERP systems like SFDC, NetSuite, Impartner, or HubSpot will be advantageous.
