Junior Human Resource Representative (Bangalore)

  2. Identify opportunities to find talent - these could be discover new hiring platforms, syncing up with colleges and institutes.
  3. Use ATS.
  4. A quick learner is an absolute must. We will ask you to use different tools - and you are expected to adapt very quickly.
  5. You should be a quick thinker - and constantly think about saving your time/improving efficiency in hiring.

Requirements

  • You should be a very quick learner. Example - if we give you a tutorial on ERP next, you should be able to learn it - without hand-holding.
  • You should be efficient at searching. There would be various scenarios - for which, you are expected to search. For example - finding hiring opportunities, answering an out of the box question from team mates and so on.
  • Computer science background is preferred, but is not must. You should be able to handle things with logic.
  • You must be hands on with hiring for Engineering roles.
