We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Excellence Specialist to join our People Culture & Sustainability team. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the People Operations department. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international and collaborative environment.

The People, Culture & Sustainability team's role is to create an environment that attracts, retains, develops, and rewards great talent. They work to foster a positive and vibrant organizational culture. Our People Operations team manages day-to-day tasks related to systems, processes, data, payroll, benefits, and mobility.

The ideal candidate will be based in Katowice, Poland, with the ability to work on a hybrid schedule from our office / production studio. This position reports directly to our Director, Operational Excellence Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare and manage new hire documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
  • Support all employee transactions (promotions, job title changes, relocations etc.) and offboarding process
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as contracts and procedures
  • Handle routine HR inquiries from employees, providing information and support as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
  • Help maintain data accuracy and integrity within HR systems
  • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Provide support in maintaining a positive and productive work environment
  • Continuously seek to improve HR processes and contribute ideas for enhancements

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience working in a similar HR focused role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions
  • Willingness to collaborate and support team members to achieve common goals
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
