Junior HR Generalist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our UniQue Human Resources team.

In this role, you’ll support a variety of HR functions, focusing primarily on talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. You will also serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to these areas, helping to deliver valuable HR services to the organization

More specifically you will:

• Support talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment process

• Sourcing for the identification of qualified candidates using different types of sourcing methods (e.g.  Boolean-search, LinkedIn and passive candidate sourcing)

• Compose job descriptions based on job analysis, advertise positions, screen and manage applications through our ATS
• Participate in several Branding Events
• Support the offer process and on-boarding needs etc.
• Coordinate the hiring process for all new comers
• Assist in planning and execution of training and development activities
• Participate in HR Project
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and participate to several HR Projects

Requirements

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the Junior HR Generalist position we expect you to have:

• University/College degree in Business Administration or other relative discipline

• A Master’s degree in HR or similar field will be considered a plus

• 0-2  years of experience in similar role

• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)

• Knowledge of payroll legislation/regulations will be considered a plus
