This entry-level role is designed for a fresh graduate with a strong interest in human resources, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will assist in a variety of HR activities in the global landscape, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, report generation, and directly supporting the Global HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Global HR Business Partners:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to Global HR Business Partners in their day-to-day activities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for business reviews and strategic meetings.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee needs and support the implementation of HR strategies.

Data Management & Report Generation:
- Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, such as employee turnover, headcount, and performance metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Global HR Business Partners

Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the execution of Global HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals across various global locations.

Talent Acquisition: Assist in tracking data and supporting the hiring process.

Performance Management: Assist in coordinating, executing and managing data of the global performance management cycles, promotion cycles and talent reviews.

HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; internships or relevant coursework in HR are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for report generation and data analysis.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
