The job in brief:
Job Title - Junior HR Compensation & Benefits
Working model - hybrid
Team - you will join the Rewards team within the Corporate department.
Level - Professional
Location - Chiasso, Switzerland
Contract - Permanent / full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be :
Support in managing the short-term incentives processes (MBO, SIP )
Support in the annual salary review process
Being the point of reference for all the local HR for benefits management
Work closely with Local HR to understand market practices for Comp & Ben in all the countries where we operate
Support in preparing and submitting salary surveys (Willis Towers Watson - Mercer)
Support in the definition, communication, and implementation of salary ranges per country and job families, according to our internal career ladder
Support in all the compensation activities related to salary amendments (increase, retention, spot bonus)
Your expertise :
Min 2 years of experience in the compensation & benefits area
University degree in Business Administration / Economics with a major in HR
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Analytical skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills
Fluent English language skill (is a must)
Desirable :
Experience in an international environment
Knowledge of the Google spreadsheet
