- Support managing all the HR administrative processes; 人事全般の各種手続きに関する支援
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and practice; 人事戦略、規定等の策定と実行
- Various administrative support for structuring compensation and benefit packages; 給与、福利厚生に関する各種管理業務や事務サポート
- Assist in a diverse range of ad-hoc HR matters; その他各種人事案件に関する支援業務
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from a four-year college or university is desirable but not required; 人事、労務関連の学士尚可
- Certified Social Insurance Labore is desirable but not required; 社労士資格保有者大歓迎
- 2-5year of working experience as HR Business Partner at ideally, global companies with multiple group entities; 2~5年程度、HRビジネスパートナーとして、グローバル企業(日本国内で複数社グループ企業を抱える)での勤務経験
- Certified Social Insurance Labore is desirable but not required; 社労士資格保有者大歓迎
- Experience in drafting and implementing rules of employment is desired; 就業規則の草案作成、策定経験尚可
