Wallex is seeking a Junior HR Administrator to support our HR department in various administrative tasks and provide essential assistance in day-to-day HR functions. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in human resources and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Follow up and address employee requests (HR department letters, etc.)
- Follow up the organization's benefit programs, including health insurance, meals, and other employee benefits
- Conducting employee exit formalities and Personnel settlement process
- Update internal databases and maintain Personnel file
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
