Role |

As a Junior Guest Operations, you will oversee the entire booking lifecycle, from initial reservation to post-checkout, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You will assist guests directly with inquiries, provide local recommendations, and resolve any challenges they may face. Acting as the main point of contact between departments such as the Guest Team, Sales, IT, Strategy & Transformation, and Finance, you will coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure bookings are handled efficiently, on time, and to everyone's satisfaction. This role demands a proactive, organized individual who can drive processes, create new procedures, and tackle challenges with autonomy.

Responsibilities |

  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of bookings from initial booking to post-check-out, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the booking process, including the Guest Team, Sales Team, Strategy & Transformation, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Global Operations.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that all necessary preparations, services, and follow-ups are completed as required for each booking.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships acting as the central communication hub, and collaborate across teams to manage bookings efficiently, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience for guests and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support related to booking management, including maintaining booking records, updating systems, and ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately.
  • Continuously review and refine booking processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

About you |

  • 1+ year of experience in operations coordination, booking management, or a related role.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex processes.
  • Familiarity with booking management software or tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
