We are looking for a Junior Growth Specialist for the Allegro Pay team at Allegro. You will play an important role in shaping the Allegro Pay presence on and outside of the Allegro platform.

Join our dynamic marketing team! Are you passionate about driving growth through innovative marketing strategies? We are looking for a dedicated individual to plan and execute new marketing activities, focusing on Allegro Pay both inside and outside the Allegro platform. Your role will involve adjusting current activities based on results, developing and implementing promotional campaigns, and analyzing their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with other teams, including advertising, marketing, campaigns, categories, products, legal, and finance, to increase sales and ensure alignment with Allegro's business strategy. If you have an eye for identifying growth opportunities and a talent for data analysis, we want you in our team to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Achieve KPIs: Onboarding clients to the service
  • Plan, execute, optimize, and monitor promotional campaigns
  • Implement promotions
  • Analyze user behaviors
  • Collaborate with product teams regarding process changes
  • Coordinate with Allegro teams (marketing, owned media, campaigns) to execute all promotional campaigns encouraging customers to use paid products
  • Continuously monitor goal achievement
  • Prepare marketing content (landing pages, process copy, emails, push notifications, and other advertising materials)
  • Commission and co-create graphic materials, TV/Video advertisements
  • Initiate and co-create product changes alongside the product teams

This is the right job for you, if:

  • You have minimum 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or traffic expert
  • You are self-driven with a focus on achieving ambitious goals
  • You have proven ability to deliver results in any circumstance
  • You have exceptional collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders
  • You demonstrate strong planning and coordinating abilities
  • You have background in advertising, communication, marketing, or PR
  • You speak native Polish and have full proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • You are effective in conveying visions, goals, and feedback
  • You have solid understanding of marketing processes, performance marketing, and digital sales
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
  • You are excellent team player with strong analytical thinking
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about new technologies
  • You are able to analyze past activities and provide actionable recommendations

The following are also a plus:

  • Experience in financial services sales and marketing is a plus.
