We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Junior Genesys CTI Engineer to join our UniQue Customer Interactive Management team, part of our ICT Services Technical Division

For the Junior Genesys CTI Engineer position we expect you to:
- Be involved in developing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Applications, designing, implementing and maintaining software applications, mostly in Java, to meet clients’ requirements.
- Possess a strong record of accomplishment in delivering Genesys CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) projects (voice and digital/social channels)
- Provide complementary solutions to Genesys CTI
- Attend client meetings in order to define the desired deliverables
- Create documentation of deliverables
- Ensure resolution of issues and that the time frames for the project delivery are met
- Provide support and troubleshooting in existing deployments
- Interact with colleagues in technical related issues
Requirements
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.
- University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience on development on applications using Genesys CTI solutions will be considered a plus
- Familiarity with Telephony aspects and Genesys CTI would a very strong asset
- Good knowledge of Java along with J2EE familiarity (XML, Web Services, SOAP, JPA, JDBC)
- Knowledge of PHP programming
- Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS
- Strong design and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication skills to work with business stakeholders
- Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
