We are looking for a Junior Genesys Cloud Developer for a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our client with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. The role is hybrid working with 3 times per week work from the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in IVR and Routing development activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Write, maintain, and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
- Development of Genesys Cloud call flows for routing and IVR.
- Development of Scrips and SMS configuration in Genesthe ys platform
- Monitor the technical performance of internal systems.
- Respond to requests from the development team.
Gather information from consumers about program functionality.
- Conduct technical implementation activities to support transaction.
- Work on bug fixing.
- 1+ years of experience with the contact center solutions.
- 0,5+ year of experience with the Genesys Cloud solutions: Genesys Cloud Architect, IVR callflows, Routing.
- Hands-on with Genesys Cloud Scripting and JavaScript.
- Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScript in web applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Genesys Cloud Professional certification.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Dialogue Flow.
