Junior Front-End Software Engineer - Ads

The salary range for this position is 10 600 - 14 410 PLN (contract of employment)

A hybrid work model requires 1 - 2 days a week in the office

In the Advertising department, we are at the forefront of managing and optimizing Allegro's advertising platform. Our team's work revolves around the creation and continuous enhancement of systems that manage advertisements, from ad creation and bidding processes to real-time ad placement and performance analytics across various Allegro interfaces. We tackle the complexities of high-traffic environments and large-scale data management to ensure that ads are displayed efficiently and effectively, enhancing user engagement and client satisfaction. Daily, we innovate and scale our solutions to meet dynamic market needs and drive business growth through strategic ad placements and insightful analytics.

  • Technological autonomy: you choose the technology that fits the problem (no consent from all saints). Then you are responsible for it

  • We have an environment combining our two private Data Centers (10,000 servers) and a Public Cloud (Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure)

  • We create over 60 open source projects, several thousand stars on github

  • Our employees regularly go to conferences in Poland and abroad (Europe and the USA), each team has a budget for training and books, if you want to develop, we will always help you.
