We expect the Junior Financial Specialist to:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and promptly,
- Perform data entry and maintenance of financial records,
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data,
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements,
- Participatе in the budgeting process,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information,
- Adhere to internal financial controls and compliance requirements.
Must-have skills:
- Bachelor's degree or last year's student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
- Attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility,
- Fast-learner,
- Fluent English,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
