Junior Finance Business Partner

The Opportunity:

We power the world’s leading creative transformation company, providing cutting-edge technology for some of the most iconic brands. Our team is seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner to guide our Enterprise Technology team towards financial success.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Financial Partner: Provide insightful financial guidance to the Enterprise Technology leadership, influencing key decisions and driving program success.
Business Cases: Prepare initial drafts of business cases for Enterprise Technology initiatives, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and cost-benefit evaluations.
Budgeting & Forecasting Guru: Own budget preparation, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accurate financial projections and proactive risk management.
Collaboration Champion: Build strong relationships with program teams, finance colleagues, and stakeholders across WPP, fostering a collaborative and transparent financial environment.
Data-Driven Analyst: Leverage your analytical skills to identify cost optimization opportunities, improve data quality, and deliver impactful insights.
Transformation Agent: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, navigating complexities and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent QBE) with a passion for technology.
Proven ability to analyze financial data, build great relationships, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, solutions-oriented person and a desire to make a tangible impact in a dynamic global organization.
