Junior Finance Administrator (Fixed Term- 1 year)

The Junior Finance Administrator is responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's master data in the company's ERP systems - in case of Docler this means the management of data stored in D365 and Tradogram systems and the maintenance of processes.

These master data give the basis of the company's operation: supplier, customer or user data (e.g. company data, delivery addresses, identifiers, personal data, asset data) approval and exception handling processes.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries
  • Setting up, maintaining, updating, categorizing, checking, uploading and correcting, activating or suspending master data
  •  Suppliers, contracts and contracted items, projects and the links between them
  • Company group and company data, approvers, users and roles
  • Building and maintaining custom fields, processes
  • Adding new suppliers to the ERP system based on requests from departments ("request management")
  • Add changes to recorded data upon requests
  • Archiving old, outdated data
  • Check and clean database, avoid future duplications
  • Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure database are updated and supported by reliable documents
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 1–2 year experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Accuracy
  • Knowledge of any business management system (SAP, MD365...)
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and finance (P2P) processes
