Tasks

We are looking for a highly talented Junior Executive Assistant to support and manage our executive team in Berlin. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Expense management
  • Arranging and sourcing events within Europe 
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Be responsible for managing the Berlin office and ensuring that the everyday operations run smoothly
  • Support of the CEO and CFO office

Your Profile 

  • Eager to learn and willing to grow
  • Experience with G-suite desirable
  • Experience working with Executive Level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Fostering relationship with all levels of the organization
  • Full professional German and English proficiency (writing and speaking).
