THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for a Junior Distribution Planning Specialist for its distribution planning department who will report to the Distribution Planning Coordinator. The position’s main mission is to manage order book flow of direct channel, retail and e-commerce, from order entry to shipment fulfillment, to achieve business targets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate shipping of all retail and e-commerce orders.
- Prepare and verify customs documentation for shipments.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and handle any issues proactively.
- Manage billing and issue credit notes for end-of-season returns and pre-sale claims.
- Serve as the main contact for the buyers’ team, collaborating closely with logistics and transport departments to guarantee smooth operations.
WHO YOU ARE
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics is a plus
- Familiarity with shipment documentation for CEE and non-CEE countries
- Experience in the luxury industry is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Skilled in managing result-oriented tasks and performing well under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
