About the Role
We are seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data reports using Cognos and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs.

Data Cleaning and Preparation:
- Cleanse and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Transform and manipulate data using SQL (DB2) queries.

Data Visualization:
- Create clear and visually appealing data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (DB2) and data visualization tools (Cognos, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
