Key responsibilities
- Handle large datasets in BigQuery to clean, prepare, and analyze data
- Leverage Python for data preparation and construction of simple data pipelines
- Construct SQL queries for data extraction
- Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy
- Drill into data anomalies to understand and communicate the root cause of issues
- Conduct data validation and error-checking processes to guarantee the data reliability and accuracy
Hard skills
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, economics, statistics, or a related field
- Experience with developing ETL pipelines and ingesting data via REST API using Python
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (for data wrangling and preparation)
- Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Compute Engine)
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tool
- Consumer mobile/desktop applications experience is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing analytics is a plus
- English – upper intermediate
