Junior Customer Technical Support Officer

Your influential mission. You will...  

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or engineering teams
  • Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of common customer issues and solutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service practices

  • Have strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of IT systems, software, and networks
  • Have ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic technical issues
  • Have customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Have ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the company
  • Can work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts)
  • Have 1+ year of experience in a technical environment in the role of Customer Technical Support will be a plus

    We are looking for Junior Customer Technical Support Officer is responsible for the handling of day-to-day tasks and is considered the 1st level of support for the Customer Technical Support department and acts as the first point of contact between Playtech and our partners.
