Junior Customer Technical Support [016955]

Your influential mission:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for our customers concerning software and hardware issues.
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving cases which are logged through our ticketing system or through the phone, and escalating issues to our Service Provider where necessary.
  • Providing support and consulting with engineers to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem via our chat application.
  • Collaborating with other team members to research and resolve problems.
  • Investigating and escalating issues and cases to the Customer Technical Support Shift Leaders where necessary.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

  • Have strong computer skills
  • Have relevant experience or knowledge
  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Have a customer-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Can work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts)
