Junior Customer Success Team Lead

At Treatwell, our mission is to digitize the hair and beauty industry, providing an exceptional experience for both salon partners and customers booking through our marketplace. Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in this mission, ensuring salon partners receive the highest level of onboarding and support.

As we continue our ambitious growth across the BNL markets, we're looking for a motivated and strategic Junior Customer Success Team Lead to help drive our success. You'll play a key role in enhancing partner satisfaction, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering top-tier customer service. Along with these responsibilities, you'll also be instrumental in growing our venue base, ensuring our partnerships flourish as we expand.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and leading a team of Customer Success Managers, educating them on our platforms and policies
  • Coaching the team on how to help partners and customers with inbound queries
  • Ensuring best practices and processes are followed on our CRM-systems
  • Contribute to developing and owning team targets and performance metrics
  • Executing regular 1:1s, development conversations and performance reviews
  • Identify specific needs and pain points to eliminate the risk of low partner and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute and drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for Customer Success in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Champion, role model and embed Treatwell’s cultural principles (Speed, Ambition, Collaboration and Impact)
