As we continue our ambitious growth across the BNL markets, we're looking for a motivated and strategic Junior Customer Success Team Lead to help drive our success. You'll play a key role in enhancing partner satisfaction, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering top-tier customer service. Along with these responsibilities, you'll also be instrumental in growing our venue base, ensuring our partnerships flourish as we expand.
