Junior Customer Service Manager (all genders)

Highsnobiety is seeking a Junior Customer Service Manager to support our Highsnobiety Commerce Team in Berlin. This is a Full-Time position that reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager.

 

YOUR MISSION:

  • Support the commerce team on key projects and initiatives and get insights into a wide array of e-commerce topics, focused on:
    • Support our customer service team in answering customer inquiries
    • Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive customer experience in B2C outbound operations
    • Support our operations team when on inventory management and fulfillment topic
    • Oversee outbound activities entailing customs requirements and shipment needs.

 

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You can efficiently and autonomously handle day-to-day team administrative & organizational tasks
  • You enjoy providing thoughtful and concise solutions to customers for both - highly investigatory and easily solved issues
  • You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic and love to work on many different projects simultaneously, while still having a close eye on details
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You have a firm understanding of the complexities of an e-commerce business and its nuances
  • You are a self-starter, keen to learn and develop at pace with an analytical mindset
