ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Customer Service Associate is responsible for executing against specific client support related activities including the delivery of reporting to our clients and/or client focused data support, resolution and triage and contract & order-to-invoice execution. Focus is to create high levels of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and insightful responses that contribute to client outcomes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and responsible for delivery to the clients as per the contractual terms  

  • Serving as primary point of contact for clients to ask questions and solve challenges and providing best-in-class technical support 

  • Triaging of ad hoc client queries/requests - Data pulls, reports, resolution and coverage analysis  

  • Working closely with Client Operations for client set up / maintenance on coding and database tasks  

  • Standardised analysis for coverage/ quality studies and impact analysis for panel enhancement 

  • Managing and maintaining NIQ knowledge articles and conducting basic standardized trainings (technical and products related, e.g., self-guided in-platform training, online self-paced courses on NIQ data and tools) 

  • Work with day-to-day contacts at the client, contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets 

  • Build effective relationships with client representatives  

  • Trouble-shoot and resolve client inquiries related to data, platform, coding and other key aspects that impact client deliverables 

  • Continue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, NIQ services and broader industry 

  • Monitor the progress of inquiries against agreed service levels and escalate any issues to the appropriate team 

  • Build and maintain relationships with other client support teams to ensure quality and timely service levels are exceeded 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Business English and Hungarian knowledge (must have)
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Experience working in a digital-enabled environment 
  • Ability to work within a virtual environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Slides 
  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in the commercial industry 
  • A strong knowledge of Nielsen internal process (nice to have)
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders until resolution 
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex issues/client related projects
